"We LOVE our Ace bed! We got the Player size. At 5'9'', and husband 6'4'', our feet hang off even a King size bed. It seems bed sizes were standardized when the average human was shorter than now.
We did not want to sacrifice width for length, which is what a California King would do (4 inches less wide, 4 inches longer than regular King). Plus I wanted more than 4 inches longer (my feet are definitely bigger than 4 inches?!)
The bed is SUPER high quality, the delivery folks commented on what a nice bed it was, despite them having to put in a lot of effort to put the oversize bed in our home. Delivery, set up and removal of old mattress, was included which was lovely."
