*Shipping fees apply if: (1) delivery is to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO; (2) the delivery location is more than 40 miles outside of a major city in the continental U.S., as set forth in the map of Major U.S. Cities below ; or (3) if delivery requires going up or climbing at least one flight of stairs at the delivery location. Other fees apply if assembly is required or if a mattress or any other product must be removed from the delivery location. Additionally, all products and mattresses part of an order must be purchased and ship together to be eligible for free shipping.
When you place an order with Ace Collection for an Ace Collection product, we will not include the additional shipping charges in the order or in the order email confirmation. Instead, once the order is placed, Ace Collection will attempt to contact you within seven (7) business days with a quote for any additional shipping charges. Once the quote is approved and paid for in full, the order will be processed.
Once the order is processed (and you have paid for the product and shipping costs), we will ship the product(s) you purchased via the shipping method of our choice, on such other terms and conditions (such as applicable shipping and handling fees) that we may disclose to you at the time of your purchase or as part of the shipping quote. We do not guarantee the services of any shipping service, and delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch the product to you as soon as reasonably possible after you place your order. During busy times, such as holiday periods and periods of inclement weather, there may be additional processing and shipping delays. You agree to not hold the Ace Size, Inc or its affiliates liable for any shipping issues.
Unless otherwise provided by notice from the Ace Collection, all products are shipped F.O.B. from any place we designate the products to leave. At our discretion, we may choose to halt, or alter, the delivery of an order, even though it is in the hands of a delivery agent or shipping company. We may do this as a customer service or in cases where we suspect fraud. You agree to pay any additional charges that may arise to do circumstances in which we take such action.
You must inspect your package for damage immediately upon arrival, as further set forth in the Return Policy. If there is a problem, contact us immediately and in accordance with the Return Policy.
